I'm not trying to create perfect moments. I'm looking for the real ones.
The moment a senior realizes there's zero judgment and can finally relax, knowing I'm their #1 hype squad and pose guide.
The way a kid decides to do their own thing regardless of what was "planned" and winds up making their own kind of magic.
The way families REALLY interact...the knowing looks, the snort laughs, the love. Mom hugging her kids tight, Dad hanging them by their ankles. And yes, even the siblings who can't stop picking on each other.
It's all part of your story, and every moment worth remembering.
My job is mostly to pay attention... and maybe make you laugh a little in the process.
I help choose the location, watch the light, and offer direction when it's helpful. But the goal is never stiff poses or forced smiles. The goal is photographs that feel like you years later.
The best sessions happen when people feel comfortable enough to just be themselves.
That's what I'm here for.

What we Do
Sessions with me are designed to be one thing: actually fun.
Some clients come with big creative ideas. Others just want beautiful photographs and a good time. Either way, I've got you...from outfits and locations to making sure nobody looks like they're waiting for the dentist.
Sometimes that means chasing golden light.
Sometimes it means letting kids just...do their own thing.
Sometimes it means waiting for the exact moment a laugh turns into something magic...something contagious.

Life is messy, joyful, curious, and a little unpredictable.
When I'm not behind the lens (or the PC screen), you'll usually find me outside with my full fur-family crew.
That means 2 dogs, a teenage cat in a backpack, and a lot of wandering through woods, creeks, and anywhere that looks like it might lead to an adventure.
We splash through the water, follow interesting trails, and stop far too often so someone can sniff something important.
And honestly, that's a lot like the sessions I love to photograph.
I also spend as much time as I can with the people I love the most - visiting our son in Gainesville, or traveling North to see our daughter and perfectly beautiful granddaughter in Illinois.
Those seasons of life, the ones that move faster than we expect, are exactly why photographs matter so much to me.
Because one day, these little moments become the memories we hold on to.
